Huge congratulations to Daisy who completed her 400 hours of volunteer coaching 'Pass on your Passion". Invited to the National One Awards hosted by Kathryn Merry on behalf of England Netball on the 19th October 2024, Daisy was presented with a wall mounted certificate and beautiful trophy for her wonderful efforts.

Our Head Coach, Pauline got involved in the KIC Radio Youth Conference Event which took place at OrmistonShelfield Community Academy. The event was supported by Bring the Power, a Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund.

Pauline lead 3 group netball sessions for students aged between 12 and 18 including a fun warm up, ball and movement skills, followed by a mini match to give them a feel for netball and how much communication, camaraderie and enjoyment can be gained from a team sport.

She even got to meet Perry, the Commonwealth 2022 mascot, who was very excited and a little mischievous.

A fantastic event and a big thank you to Pauline for getting involved in such a worthy initiative.

Our Head Coach Pauline has been coaching in 3 local schools this year, including Castlefort Primary, St Michaels C of E Primary and Queen Mary's High School for Girls.

She is so passionate about grassroots netball and attends these schools weekly to offer all children the chance to get involved in netball, both boys and girls.
